At Longer, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Longer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including any cables, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
